When is move-in day for new residents?
You can move in right away! If you have any questions about availability, feel free to contact us.

Which utilities are covered in the rent?
Rent includes water, trash removal and a parking permit for a private parking lot. Tenants are only responsible for DTE (electric/gas).

Is there laundry room onsite?
Each apartment has a washer/dryer.

Is there parking available?
Yes, off-street surface parking is available with permit. Off-street parking is also available.

Is parking assigned to each resident?
No, parking spaces are not assigned. The parking lot is open, but each vehicle will need a tag.

Is there recycling service provided?
Yes, a recycling program is in place.

Are there any playgrounds close by?
Yes, Historic Peck Park, which has children's play equipment, is just 1.5 blocks away.

Are pets allowed at Nailah Commons?
Yes, we are absolutely pet-friendly!
